| 摘 要： | 以系统论为理论基础，通过对农地流转涉及的各要素相互关系的剖析，分析了农地系统的组成与结构，认为该系统是一种多等级序列的开放系统，具有信息传输和农地资源配置两大功能，并结合我国农地流转系统构建过程中存在的问题，提出了中国农地流转系统建设的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The rural-land transaction system is an open system which has its special composition and framework. And just because of the particularity of the system's composition and framework, the rural-land transformation system has formed its special functions. The main functions of rural-land transaction are the information-transmission and the rural-land disposing. In China, there are some defects in the composition and framework of the rural-land transaction system. Some effective measures have been suggested in the end of this paper. |
