当前高校社团面临的困境与对策研究

高校学生社团具有思想教育、群体凝聚、文化再殖和教育导向等功能,因其活动内容丰富多彩、形式灵活多样而备受大学生喜爱。目前高校社团面临发展不平衡、物质基础差、制度松散等困境,要突破这些瓶颈,必须坚持正确的指导思想;加强社团管理的制度化;营造社团建设的良好外部条件;创新社团工作载体;突出社团工作重心;注意社团的联通化,做到纵向发展、横向联系。

The Predicaments Faced with Associations in Nowadays Colleges and the Corresponding Solutions

College students associations,equipped with several functions,like ideology educating,mass agglomerating,culture reproducing and guiding in colleges,are popular with college students for their rich and abundant activities both in forms and contents.At present,the college associations are faced with many predicaments,such as unbalanced development,weak material basis,loose systems and so on.These predicaments can only go through with the following solutions: firstly,persist in the correct guiding ideology;secondly,pay attention to systemizing the association management;thirdly,create good outer conditions for the association construction;fourthly,innovate the working carrier;fifthly,give prominence to the center of association work;finally,put emphasis on the connectivity,trying to develop lengthways and contact transversely.
