| 摘 要： | 能源紧缺已成为我国社会经济可持续发展的重要瓶颈,十一五规划将降低能耗列为目标之一。如何认识能源强度的变动,提高能源利用效率对我国建设节约型社会有着重大的战略意义。基于Laspeyres指数及其分解模型分析我国能源强度的变动趋势和变动因素,结果表明1980~2007年中国能源消耗强度下降主要是各产业能源使用效率提高的结果,其中工业能源强度下降是总体能源强度下降的主要因素。在此基础上,通过VAR模型验证了影响技术进步的因素与能源使用效率提高之间的协整关系。
