摘    要:采用饱和D最优设计方法,研究了超声波作用时间和赤霉素浓度二因素对唐古特大黄种子萌发能力的影响。结果表明:采用超声波和赤霉素处理对唐古特大黄种子的萌发具有一定的促进作用,超声波是促进种子萌发的主要因素;优化综合农艺措施为:超声波作用时间21.6~43.1 min,赤霉素浓度38.2~58.9 mg/kg。

Abstract:By applying optimal saturation D design,the effects of ultrasonic waves and gibberellie acid on germination of Rheum tanguticum were investigated.The results showed that ultrasonic waves and gibberellic acid could increase germination rate and ultrasonic waves was the main factor.The optimized combination of the two factors was ultrasonic waves between 21.6 and 43.1 min and gibberellic acid concentration between 38.2 and 58.9mg/kg.
