成形工艺对碳纳米管/聚苯胺导电性能影响

摘    要:
探讨一种新型阵列式碳纳米管/聚苯胺材料的复合方法,采用CVD法制备多壁阵列式碳纳米管,采用原位聚合法将其与苯胺单体结合,制备出聚苯胺/碳纳米管复合材料,研究了氧化剂与苯胺单体比例、碳纳米管加入时间、搅拌速度等工艺因素对复合材料导电性能的影响。试验结果表明当氧化剂与苯胺单体比例为1/2、碳纳米管最初加入时电导率达到最大,搅拌速度影响很小。

Abstract:
The synthesis of new aligned multi-wall carbon nanotubes (AMWNTs)/PANI material was studied. The AMWNTs was fabricated by CVD method first. Then, by an "in situ polymerization process aniline with AWMCNTs ARE compounded and AMWNTs/PANI material was gotten. The effects on the composites electrical conductivity of processing factors, such as the oxidant proportion, the duration polymerization AWMCNTs were added and the stirring speed, were investigated. The data strongly shows that the oxidant proportion and the time during polymerization AWMCNTs were added influence the conductivity nevertheless the stirring speed is few.
