| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the mutual transformation relationship among the atmospheric precipitation,surface water,groundwater and soil water in the test areas and the water consumption regularities of the farmland,advances some techniques for the regulation and control of the water resources,and expounds the standards and countermeasures of the regulation and control. |
