摘 要: | 本文分析了直流紧急功率支援(EDCPS)提高系统暂态稳定性的机理,特别针对多机系统,根据扩展等面积法(EEAC) 将等值单机无穷大系统(OMIB)功角前三次正摆的暂态稳定裕度和暂态电压稳定裕度作为度量指标对紧急直流功率支援策略进行研究。通过在合适时刻投入直流功率支援,在OMIB功角的前二次正摆过程中提升直流功率﹑回摆过程中回降直流功率来提高暂态稳定裕度,同时采用遗传禁忌优化算法对各调制参数进行优化。最终,在给定的具体运行方式下,根据事先设定的电网关键线路潮流或来自EMS的实时潮流数据、预想故障集,利用FASTEST暂态分析计算软件和MATLAB的链接编程,实现离线或在线全面、快速、自动计算出针对某些严重的预想事故集的暂稳控制量,从而制作紧急直流功率支援最佳控制策略表,形成全网的控制策略表供电力系统技术人员实时匹配进行参考、分析、决策。用该算法得到的2010年南方电网±800kV云广特高压紧急直流系统功率控制策略,仿真结果表明基于该优化算法的紧急直流功率支援策略能最优地改善系统暂态稳定性。

An EDCPS Strategy with Optimized Parameters Based on EEAC and Genetic/Taboo-Search Algorithm |

Abstract: | The mechanism of emergency DC power support (EDCPS) to enhance transient stability is analyzed, and especially aiming at the multi-machine systems, the EDCPS is studied based on EEAC by the measure index of both first three angle swing margins and voltage margins. With an appropriate EDCPS-starting time, a proper increment and rising-rate in the first three up-swing courses and a suitable decrease and dropping-rate in the first three back-swing courses, the transient stability can be well improved, and all these parameters can be optimized by the Genetic/Tabu-Search Algorithm. Its application to ±800kV Yun-Guang UHVDC of South China Power Grid shows that the strategy with optimized parameters can give a best transient stability margin and it is a good tool for off-line or online emergency control study. |
