大理州云龙县天保工程社会评价研究

天保工程实施近十年来对实施地产生显著的生态效益和社会效益。通过深入农户进行访谈以及到相关部门调查，收集数据和资料，在此基础上运用技术经济学的相关理论和方法，对当地实施天保工程所产生的社会影响进行评价，经过分析得出如下结论：天保工程的实施缓解了生态环境的压力，促进了当地居民的就业和收入，但在对工程实施中利益受损居民的补偿上还有待改进，因此要完善相关的补偿制度．以更好的促进工程的实施。
