| Abstract: | Having analyzed the operation mode, characteristics and limitations of the current library management in the college libraries, the paper puts forward principles for the establishment of modem management for the college libraries. It also establishes an open--service mode of collecting - circulating - reading - consulting integration in the college libraries. |
