防腐蚀的非渗透性胶乳聚合物水泥浆研究

为了研究CO2腐蚀水泥石的机理,并开发出适合某气田群固井水泥石的缓蚀剂,室内合成并筛选了符合防CO2腐蚀水泥石原理的缓蚀剂PC-CB86L。实验从水泥石孔隙结构影响因素、养护温度、养护压力以及养护时间都对水泥石的腐蚀产生影响及对比PVA水泥石、胶乳水泥石和非渗透性聚合物胶乳水泥石的渗透性,研究发现该非渗透缓蚀剂与胶乳水泥浆体系具有良好的相容性,加有PC-CB86L非渗透剂的水泥浆体系渗透率降低率达到98.94%,水泥石与PVA聚乙烯醇水泥浆制备的水泥石比较,开始产生渗透现象的初始压力达到6倍,体现出非渗透胶乳聚合物水泥石具有较强的抗CO2和H2S等腐蚀能力,具有防气窜和抗腐蚀的功能,满足某气田群开发的固井作业要求。

Study on Jellylike Emulsion Polymer Cement Slurry with Impermeability and Anficorrosion

In order to research the meehansim of corroded set cement, and exploit corrosion inhibitor which is suitable for the cementing of set cement, interior corrosion inhibitor PC-CB86L which is for anti-corrosian caused by CO2 has been synthesized. Checking set cement pore structure affect factor, maintenance temperature and maintenance pressure which work at set cement corrosion and comparing PVA set cement, latex cement and permeability of impervious polymeric latex cement set cement, the laboratory found good compatibility between the impervious corrosion inhibitor and latex cement slurry and the permeability reduction of cement slurry system which adds negative penetrating surfactant come to 98.94%, by comparing common set cement and that produced by PVA polyvinyl alcohol cement slurry, the beginning pressure come out with the beginning permeability appearance is as six times as before, appearing strong CO2 and H2S corrosion resistance of the negative permeability latex polymeric set cement, possessing anti-fluid-channeling and non-corrosion and meeting the requirement of cement job of those gas field group.
