不同海拔地区牦牛心肌、骨骼肌线粒体SOD活性的测定

摘    要:对青海省玛多、刚察两县牦牛两种组织线粒体中SOD活性进行测定,结果:玛多、刚察牦牛心肌、骨骼肌线粒体中SOD活性分别为58.42±8.10U/mg,61.86±6.61U/mg;42.95±4.87U/mg,44.56±20.46U/mg。玛多牦牛心肌,骨骼肌组织线粒体中SOD活性显著高于刚察牦牛(P〈0.05)。结论:在高原低氧环境下,牦牛组织线粒体中SOD的活性随海拔高度的升高而增强。

Abstract:The activities of SOD in myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochondrion in Maduo, Gangcha county Yaks were determined. The result showed the SOD activities of myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochondrion in Maduo and Gangcha county Yak were:58.42 ± 8.10 U/mg, 61.86 ± 6.61 U/mg,42.95 ±14.87 U/mg, 44.56 ± 20.46 U/mg. The activities of SOD in myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochon- drion in Maduo county Yak were higher significantly than that of Gangcha county Yak ( P 〈 0.05). The results suggested that there was positive relationship between the SOD activities of tissues mitochondrion in Yak and elevation.
