摘    要:采用化学滴定方法,研究了甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)在有机锡催化剂作用下的反应规律.结果显示,该类反应符合逐步聚合反应的二级动力学特征,50,60℃下,二丁基二月桂酸锡为催化剂时的反应速率常数分别为0.0784,0.3465 kg·mol-1·min-1,活化能为133.21 kJ·mo...

Abstract:The kinetics of reaction between toluene-2,4-diisocyanates(TDI) and polypropylene glycol(PPG) in the presence of organic tin as catalysts were investigated by chemical titration.The results showed that the reaction obeyed the second-order equation of step-growth polymerization.The rate constants of TDI and PPG catalyzed by dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTDL) were 0.078 4 kg·mol-1·min-1 and 0.346 5 kg·mol-1·min-1 at 50 ℃ and 60 ℃,respectively.In the case of stannous octoate as catalyst,the rate constants were 0.043 4 kg·mol-1·min-1 and 0.204 9 kg·mol-1·min-1.
