| Abstract: | Effect of different surfactants on the fluorimetric intensity of Al3+-NFLX have been studied.We discovered Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate(SDS)can increase the fluorimetric intensity of Al3+-NFLX.Based on this reaction,we investigated the reaction conditions in detail and proposed a simple,rapid,sensitive new method for the determination of NFLX by fluorimetric method.This method has been applied for the determination of NFLX in eye drops and capsule with satisfactory results. |
