定向凝固固液界面温度场的探讨

摘    要:针对定向疑固固液界面温度场方程T=B1e^B2x B3r B4在运用过程中出现的初值问题,在深入探讨了参数Bi(i=1,2,3,4)的物理意义后,引入控制条件,并采用先进的无约束最优化方法,解决了该问题.同时利用MATLAB强大的数值计算功能和可视化功能结合以上的讨论进行编程,有效地处理了实验结果,并得到了疑固参数Tc、V、G、R值.

Abstract:After deep research of the physics meanings of the parameter Bi(i=1,2,3,4) in the temp field equation T = B1eB2X+B3Z of S - L interface during directional solidification , the author inducts the control condition and adopts the advanced M - L method to resolve the initial value problem which is confronted in the application of the temp field equation of S - L interface . By using the strong numerical calculation and visualiz ation function of MATLAB to write the programs, the experimental data can be efficiently treated, which results in the solidification parameters Tc , V, G, R .
