| Abstract: | The water-offering enterprises must stress on the work of raising the business quality of the managing persons, controlling the costs effectively, compressing non-productional expenses, widing the ways of the collecting and circulating funds, and reasonably run the funds in order to raise economical benefits in ensuring the water-supplying of the towns. |
