| 摘 要： | 观察了山东堇菜属二十种植物的种子形态和种皮表面亚显微结构，结果表明：本属种子的形态具属内一致性，可作为分属的依据；种皮表面纹饰种间差别明显，可作为种的鉴定依据．研究结果也支持将美丽堇莱组（Ｓｅｃｔ．ＭｅｌａｎｉｕｍＧｉｎｇ）提升为美丽堇菜亚属［Ｓｕｂｇ６ｎ．Ｍｅｌａｎｉｕｍ（Ｏｉｎｇ）Ｐｅｔｅｒｍ．］的修订意见［１－３］．

| Abstract: | The morphology and the surface ultrastructure of seeds of Shandong Viola were observed underAn. and SEM. The main reslts are as follows:The morphological features of seed are relatively stable. The shape and size of seed may be recorded as taxonomic basis between genera and the ornamentation of seed coat as taxonomic basis between species. At the same time,this result supports therevision that Sect. Melanium was raised to Subgen. Melanium. |
