Discussion on the Relation between the Implementation of the Quantities Bill Based Quotation and the transformation of the Operation of Construction Enterprise

This paper probes into the importance of transforming the pricing mode of the construction engineering from the normed quotation into the quantities bill quotation,explains the engineering quotation under 2000 norm and the quantities bill quotation,and taking Taiyuan City as the example,describes that the construction enterprises realize the transformation of the documents of the laws and regulations from the local ones into the national compulsory ones and the transformation of the cost control and accounting mode from the one that doesn't fit in with the market into the one that is totally new.
