基于文献计量的数理科学部创新研究群体科学基金资助绩效分析

摘    要:本文以2000—2010年国家自然科学基金委员会数理科学部资助的36个创新研究群体的运行状况和所辖四大学科资助的创新群体论文为研究对象,基于基金资助数据和Web of Science 数据库,开展投入产出分析和文献计量研究,以期发现数理科学创新研究群体的发展情况,对比数理科学部四大学科创新群体论文的资助绩效,总结数理科学研究产出的特点。研究结果表明,在基金的支持下,数理科学创新研究群体运行状况良好,促进了人才成长和国际合作,同时创新群体聚焦基础科学的前沿研究,论文资助成效显著,促进了原始创新和学科发展。

Abstract:The purpose of building innovative research group is to develop and foster creative talents and groups by stable support for cutting-edge scientific research. In this study we take the 36 innovative research groups which were funded by the Mathematical and Physical Sciences Department of NSFC and innovative research groups'paper as the research project. Based on the in-put output analysis and bibliometrics research, we can find out the funding performance characteristics of inno-vative research groups. All findings indicate that the science fund for innovative research group in Mathemat-ical and Physical promoting original innovation, acceler-ating discipline development and encouraging talents growth.
