The Link Between the Actual Teaching Method and the Improvement of the Students Physical Ability

After many years of research and student under actual conditions have proven that teaching methods is very effctive to improve the students physical ability.This article wholly elabarate the research and the develepment and to explain the signifcance, function and results of the theory of the teaching methods to reinforce the students' phsical ability. The objective of the artical provides a reference for the improvement of teaching standards of method of instruction and traning for physical strength in the teaching university.
