| 摘 要： | 絮凝剂（ＳＰＡＮ）是不同接枝率的演粉与聚丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚物。作为一种高效、无毒、价廉的优良絮凝剂已广泛应用在化工、轻纺、石油开采以及环保工业中。本文进行了将此絮凝剂推广应用到发酵液的预处理中的一系列研究,获得了满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The flocculant SPAN is the graft copolymer of different grafing percent of starch-polyacrylamide. The flocculant is excellent and popularly used in Chemical industry, Light industry, Oil industry and Environmental Protection Industry, etc. The paper gives a conclusion to the flocculant "SPAN" used in fermentation broth with the help of alkaline protease and the experimental results are satisfactory. |
