安徽省城市化与生态环境和谐度分析

城市化水平的高低是衡量城市发展的重要标准,而城市化的发展状态与生态环境有着密切的联系,为了使城市与生态环境和谐发展,本文以安徽省17座地级市为研究对象,利用熵权的层次分析法和模糊数学理论中隶属度方法,建立城市化与生态环境和谐度评价体系模型,分析安徽省城市化与生态环境的和谐度.研究结果显示:安徽省17座地级市可分为基本和谐、和谐和良好和谐三种等级.马鞍山和铜陵的城市化与生态环境和谐度分别为0.631和0.622,是良好和谐的城市；合肥、芜湖、淮南、淮北、黄山五座城市的城市化与生态环境和谐度处于0.4到0.6之间,是和谐的城市；其他十座城市和谐度处于0.2到0.4之间,属于基本和谐.和谐度与人均GDP之间存在线性关系,随着城市人均GDP的增长,城市化与生态环境和谐度整体上呈现出增长的变化趋势.

Analysis of Harmony Degree Between Urbanization and Eco-Environment in Anhui Province

The level of urbanization is an important measure standard of urban development.As there is a kind of so closely linked relationship between the state of the development of urbanization and ecological environment,in order to make the development of urban and ecological environment can be healthy and harmonious,the author takes 17 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province as the research units and establishes the evaluation system model on the level of harmony between urbanization and ecological environment with entropy-based Analytic Hierarchy Process and the membership degree in fuzzy mathematics,and then analyzes the level of harmony between urbanization and ecological environment of Anhui Province.The result shows that all 17 prefecture-level cities can be divided into three levels:basic harmony,harmony and good harmony.The degree of harmony in Maanshan and Tongling are respectively 0.631 and 0.622,that is,the two cities are good harmonious;the values of harmony in Hefei,Wuhu,Huainan,Huaibei,Huangshan are all between 0.4 and 0.6,that is,they are harmonious;and the degree of harmony of other 10 cities are between 0.2 and 0.4,that is,they are basically harmonious.The level of harmony between urbanization and ecological environment has a linear relationship with GDP per capita,and as the growth of GDP per capita in cities,the values generally shows a growing trend.
