酞菁铜纳米线的模板合成与表征

摘    要:采用物理方法将酞菁铜引入到氧化铝模板中,成功制备了酞菁铜纳米线.表征结果表明,酞菁铜纳米线直径约为75 nm,呈现β晶形结构.纳米线的形成经历了成核到纳米粒子,由纳米粒子高温晶化组装成纳米线的过程.

Abstract:Copper phthalocyanine( CuPC )nanowires were prepared by using porous aluminum oxide ( AAO )template. Copper phthalocyanine nanowires were characterized with IR spectra XRD and SEM. The results showed that CuPC nanowires' diameter is about 75 nm. CuPC nanowire crystallizes in the beta form. Nanowires formation process includes crystallized into nucleation process, formed nanoparticles process, and nanoparticles assembled into nanometer line by the crystallization temperature and there are nanoparticles on nanowires' surface.
