| Abstract: | Constructing a thrifty society should be regarded as the strategic train of thought for our country's long-term development.Economizing resources,controlling the population and protecting the environment should commonly constitute the fundamental policy of our country during the new period.The construction of a thrifty society requires the common participation and common action of the whole society.It is necessary to strengthen the public consciousness of worrying about resources and the awareness of saving the resources.A better atmosphere in economizing the resources should be formed in different walks of life of the whole society. |
