| 摘 要： | 剖析了我国中部地区在技术创新方面存在的问题,在此基础上提出了推进中部地区技术创新的对策思路,主要包括：改变引进技术的方式结构,处理好引进与创械墓叵？强化对创新主体创新行为的激励,开辟多种渠道解决创新资金投入不足的问题,处理好制度创新与技术创新的关系,重视人力资本投资以及把城市化与技术创新结合起来等.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the technical innovation of central China,and based on this,puts forward the countermeasures and ideas for promoting the technical innovation of central China,which include changing the mode structure of introducing the techniques,treating well the relation between the introduction and the innovation,strengthening the motivation for the innovation behavior of the main body's innovation,opening various channels to solve the problem of the shortage of innovation funds,treating well the relation between the system innovation and the technical innovation,paying attention to the human capital investment,and combining the urbanization and the technical innovation,etc. |
