鼻咽癌细胞核DNA倍体和颈淋巴结转移与预？…

目的：为加深对影响鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）预后因素的认识。方法：采用流式细胞仪（ＦＣＭ）对４４例ＮＰＣ癌细胞核ＤＮＡ进行检测，发现二倍本肿瘤（ＤＴ）１０例，近二倍体肿瘤（ｎＤＴ）１７例，非整倍体肿瘤（ＡＴ）１７例；４４例中，颈淋巴转移３５例，经放疗后３年追踪观察，鼻咽局部复发和（或）远处转移２４例。将不同ＤＮＡ倍体的ＮＰＣ、颈淋巴结转移和预后进行相关性分析。结果：ＮＰＣ ＤＮＡ倍体与转移之颈淋巴结及其大小

The Correlation Between DNA Ploid and Metastasis of NLN and Prognosis in NPC

Aim: To recognize the prognostic factors in NPC more profoundly.Methods:\ According to nuclear DNA content measured by Flow Cytometry,44 cases of NPC collected were divided into three categories-10 cases with DT,17 cases with nDT,17 cases with AT; of the 44 cases,35 had metastasis of neck lymph node(NLN),and 24 cases had local recurrence and/or distant metastasis in three years after radiotherapy. The correlation between various DNA ploid and metastasis of NLN and prognosis were analysed.Results: There was no significant difference between DNA ploid and metastasis or size of NLN in NPC; local recurrent rate in nDT and AT was higher than that in DT in three years after radiotherapy; there was no significant difference between local recurrent rate in NPC without metastasis of NLN and in NPC with metastasis of NLN in three years after radiotherapy( P >0.05); distant metastasis in NPC with metastasis of NLN occurred were more often than that in NPC without metastasis of NLN in three years after radiotherapy.Conclusions: There is a close correlation between DNA ploid and nasopharyngeal prognosis in NPC. There is a significant correlation between metastasis of NLN before radiotherapy and distant metastasis in three years after radiotherapy in NPC.
