| Abstract: | This paper makes working proposals on the upgrading of the college, the building of the new campus, assessment of the fostering of high vocational talents, the management of school with features and the teaching reform so as to promote the good and fast development of the college from the new starting point by borrowing the advanced experiences of higher education institutions in Zhejiang according to the spirits of the provincial party congress and the documents of the city committee. |
