摘    要:为了增强对雷电的探测和预警能力,讨论了大气电场与雷电、雷达回波与雷电之间的内在联系,介绍了雷电探测的原理和方法.大气电场资料如何预警雷电的发生,通过串口通信将大气电场仪的大气电场数据读入天气雷达数据处理终端,采用了图像融合技术与网格技术,将大气电场资料与雷达回波进行了融合,实现了大气电场和雷达回波两种资料的融合.在雷达回波图上直观地显示大气电场信息,并对比分析了两种融合方式之间的差异.两种资料的融合可以提高对雷电进行监测和预警的能力.

Abstract:In order to enhance the lightning detection and forecasting capability, the relationship between atmospheric electric field and lightning was discussed together with that between radar echo and lightning, introduced some lightning detection theory and methods, and the way to forecast the lightning with the atmospheric electric field data. The atmospheric electric field data from atmospheric electric field detector, and then through the serial port, sent the atmospheric electric field data to the terminal computer which served the weather radar. Atmospheric electric field data were sent and radar echo were merged, and the atmospheric electric field information on the radar echo picture displayed. The fusion of the two data can enhance the lightning detection and forecasting capability.
