| 摘 要： | 社会利益是人与人的社会关系的一种表达形式。利益有物质性、有限性、价值性、主体性等外部特征。社会利益系统包含利益主体、利益客体和利益机制三大要素。誓会利益从其发端到它的完整实现，经历形成、分配、协调三大机制过程；其中的每个过程又包含诸多要素和诸多环节。构建和谐社会，从人们的利益关系角度，就是要建立合理、完善的利益系统机制，促使实现社会利益的最大化。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author analyzes social interests and points out that social interests experience formation,distribution and coordination.It is concluded that constructing harmonious society is to establish a proper and perfect mechanism of interest system,only thus the maximum of social interests will be realized. |
