| 摘 要： | ERP系统本身的复杂性、业务流程与软件系统的匹配难度、企业文化与软件系统的融合偏差等原因决定了其实施过程中存在着高风险性.针对以上特性,文章提出了一种通用的ERP项目模糊综合评价模型和方法,以宁波W公司的ERP项目为实例对企业ERP项目实施中的各相关风险因素进行了辨识和评价,并给出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | The complexity of ERP system,the matching difficulties between business process and software system,and the deviation between corporate culture and software system determined that the implementation of ERP has high risks.This article raised a general fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and method for ERP project,used W company's ERP project as a case to identify and evaluate relevant risk factors in corporate ERP implementation and provided corresponding resolution. |
