ZA12颗粒组织的形成及枝晶形态的演变

摘    要:首次采用将添加某种微量元素的ZA12常规铸锭重新加热到半固态进行等温处理,获得了理想的初生相为颗粒状的组织。研究了等热温度和等温时间对初生相形态演变的影响。测定和分析了半固态等温处理后组织中Zn、Al元素的分布以及初生相内共析组织形态的演变。

Abstract:The ideal globular primary phase structure was first time obtained by isothermally treating the ZA12 conventional ingots with adding certain trace elements at the semi-solid state. The effects of isothermal temperature and isothermal time on the evolution of primary phase morphology were systematically investigated. The distribution of elements Zn and Al in the structure as well as the changes of eutectoid morphology inside the primary phase were also measured and analysed.
