金属粉末动态注射成型充模过程分析

摘    要:本文基于连续介质理论和幂率模型,研究了振动场对金属粉末喂料熔体充模过程的影响,建立了适合金属粉末喂料熔体等温填充中心浇口的圆盘型腔过程的物理模型和相应的数学模型,并对数学模型进行了推导求解,得到了喂料熔体动态充模过程的速度分布方程、熔体前沿的位置以及模腔入口压力的解析解,并应用实验数据检验了理论计算的结果,说明了理论计算的正确性。

Abstract:Based on the continuum media theory and the power law model, the effect of the vibrational field on the metal injection molding(MIM)is studied in this paper. A physical model and correspondence mathematical model were built, which were fit for isothermal feedstocks filling a center-gated disk-shaped mold under the vibrational field. According to the mathematical model, the velocity-distributed equation, the edge-distributed equation and the analytical solution for the press of the mold entrance are deduced, and verified the theoretical calculation results by the experimental data. It proves that the theoretical calculation is correct.
