拆装型PLC实验实训技能训练装置的设计

针对目前高校普遍存在的实验装置封闭,电路集成固定,灵活性与扩展性差,以及成本高等问题,采用SOLIDWORKS设计了一种拆装型PLC实验实训技能训练装置,并配套设计了一款PLC实验板,同时对该装置的具体使用方法通过实例进行了详细介绍.实践证明,该装置具有占地空间小,可部分折叠,搬运方便,完全折叠装配,扩展灵活且成本低等优势,能够为学生提供一种真正的实践锻炼平台.

Design of Field-Assemble Skill Training Device for Experiment and Training

Colleges and universities have some problems such as experimental device sealed,lack of flexibility and scalability,circuit fixed and high cost at present.Therefore,a kind of field assemble skill training device for experimental and training is designed by applying SOLIDWORKS,and a PLC experimental board for the device is also designed.Then,the specific use of the device is described in detail by example.Practice has proved that the device has many advantages such as small footprint,partial folding,easy moving,free assembly,extensive flexibility and low cost,which can provide students with a real good practice platform.
