| 摘 要： | 论述了自然环境与人才环境和成才主体之间相互作用、相互制约的关系。认为自然环境既是主体生存和发展的物质前提,又是主体活动的对象。应该认识自然环境,掌握自然环境规律,不断改造和优化人才环境,实现人与自然和谐相处,促进人才更好成长。

| Abstract: | The relationship of interaction and mutual restriction between natural environment and talent is discussed, h is considered that natural environment is not only the material premise of the survival and development of main body, but also the object of main body＇s activity. It is proposed that, people should cognize the natural environment, knows the rule of natural environment, transform and optimize the environment of talented person unceasingly, realize the harmoniousness of human and nature, and promote the growth of a talent |
