Effect and countermeasures of reducing rate of tax refunds on export goods on textile and clothes industry

Aimed at the background of continuously reducing the rate of tax refunds on export goods of textile and clothes commodities,from the respects of export margin,profit space,industry structure and competition pattern,the favorable and unfavorable effect of reducing the rate of tax refunds on export goods on textile and clothes industry was analyzed.Some effective countermeasures of intensive developing way,expanding export channel,developing transnational management,and sustainable developmemt are proposed.
