摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法和胶体滴定法测定二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADM AC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)聚合过程中两单体的转化率,探讨了单体总质量分数、单体加料方式和引发剂用量等因素对单体转化率以及共聚物特性粘数η]和阳离子度的影响.结果表明:当单体总质量分数为20%时,DADM AC单体的转化率最高;分批添加AM时,DADM AC的转化率提高,AM的转化率减小,共聚物的特性粘数上升;补加AM的同时添加引发剂,可将DADM AC的转化率提高15%,AM的转化率可达90%以上;引发剂用量增加,共聚物的阳离子度增大,但特性粘数下降.

Abstract:The conversion of acrylamide(AM) and diallyldimethylammonium chloride(DADMAC) during the copolymerization of both monomers was determined by UV spectrophotometry and colloid titration.The effects of several factors including the total monomers mass fraction,monomer feeding way and initiator amount on the monomer conversion as well as the intrinsic viscosity and cationic degree were investigated in details.The results showed that the conversion of DADMAC was maximum while the total monomers fraction was 20%.Taking batch feeding way,the conversion of DADMAC and the intrinsic viscosity of the copolymer increased,but the conversion of AM decreased.The addition of AM with little initiator during the copolymerization increased the conversion of DADMAC by 15% and the conversion of the AM was more than 90%.As the initiator amount increased,the cationic degree of the copolymer increased,and the intrinsic viscosity decreased.
