| 摘 要： | 应用ELISA试剂盒对西宁市及乐都县344份血清样品进行了鸡传染性支气管炎抗体水平检测，结果阳性率达97．96％，其中333份样品抗体滴度在500—15000之间；1份样品的抗体滴度小于500；3份样品滴度大于15000。

| Abstract: | 344 serum sanptes were inspected for antibody of avian infectious bronchitis virus by ELISA test kit in Xining and Ledu county. The results showed that positive rate was 97.96%, and antibody titre of 333 serums were between 500- 15000;One serums was below 500,and the others were above 15 000. |
