摘    要:本文研究了LY12硬铝合金超塑性压缩变形过程中显微组织的变化及其对超塑性能的影响。揭示了动态再结晶及第二相粒子对LY12合金变形的作用,指出了因端面效应而引起的变形不均匀性,发现了LY12CZ合金具有“短暂超塑性”,并观察到微观孔洞与裂纹。

Abstract:The microstructural change of LY12 hard aluminium alloy during su- perplastic compression and its influence on the superplasticity are studied by metalloscope and scanning electron microscope. The effects of dynamic recrystalliza- tion and second-phase particles on the deformation of LY12 alloy are revealed. The inhomogeneity of the deformation caused by end-face effect is pointed out. LY12 CZ alloy is found to have temperary superplasticity. Microcavities and micro cracks are observed.
