| 摘 要： | 金融创新是我国商业银行在其发展与改革过程中的必然选择，同时也是其发展的永恒动力所在。笔者拟从金融创新的内容出发进行实证研究与分析。在研究金融创新的时候，对我国商业银行及台湾地区金融机构的经验和作法一并加以比较和引申，为金融创新、从各方面推动商业银行的发展辅之以支持。
