论教学监控模式及其优化

摘    要:传统的教学监控模式采用的是他控模式,即教师主导学生、教学主导学习,学生的主体地位和学习的能动性被压抑。自我监控为主的新型教学监控模式就是在系统分析和总结他控模式的基础上,凸显学生在课堂学习中的主体地位,老师和教学媒体服务于学生学习的新型教学模型,这种自控模式的课堂教学需要更好的教师,更好的学生的更好的教学媒体。

Abstract:Traditional teaching monitoring is conducted by others, that is to say teachers conduct students, teaching plays a leading role. This teaching method depresses the students as the main body and their dynamic role on study. The self-conducting teaching method as a new leading teaching method is based on the deeply analyzing which the process of evolution about the teaching model of he-conducting, that is , the students will play a leading role in teaching while teachers and teaching medium will be in the service of students' study. This kind of teaching model needs better teachers, better students and better teaching mediums.
