| 摘 要： | “社会主义和谐社会”的提出让我们对经济法的功用进行重新审视，经济法需要也可能担当起更加重大的历史使命。加速构建社会保障体制和机制是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础，经济法与构建“和谐社会”两者理念具有战略的契合性，经济法在构建“和谐社会”中有其特殊作用。
