两自由度函数综合仪的类型综合

本文应用杆组综合理论,在杆组外副上併接输入构件及机架的方法进行两自由度函数综合仪的类型综合。结果得到七杆机构的结构型式1种,九杆机构的结构型式17种;与文献2]用八杆机构增加一个构件的方法综合九杆两自由度机构所得结果相同。文中所述杆组综合的步骤与方法,将是杆组的运动分析及力计算的基础,这三者组成一个多杆多自由度机构分析与综合的理论体系。

THE TYPE SYNTHESIS OF FUNCTION GENERATOR WITH TWO DEGREES OF FREEDOM

According to the synthesis theory of Assur Groups, the type synthesis of function generator with two degrees of freedom is accomplished in this paper by means of connecting the external pairs of the group to the input links and frame. In this way we have got one type of seven link mechanism and seventeen types of nine link mechanism. The result about nine link mechanisms that we got here is somewhat the same with that of 2], in which the synthesis method of adding one link to an eight-link mechanism was used. The process and method of synthesis of groups shown here may be the base for the kine-maties and force analysis of the groups. These three may form a new theoretical hierarchy for synthesis and analysis of mechanisms with multiple links and inputs.
