钢的连续冷却转变图的预测研究进展

摘    要:对钢的连续冷却转变图的预测方法进行了综述,指出:物理模拟法根据相变理论建立物理模型,然后进行数值计算,它具有坚实的理论基础;Scheil法根据等温转变图推算连续冷却转变图;统计方法包括经验公式法和人工神经网络法,它们不考虑问题的物理意义,只根据实验数据本身进行预测。几种方法各有所长,但也都存在一些不足,在实际工作中应综合使用。

Abstract:Several methods of predicting the continuous cooling transformation (CCT)diagrams of steels were introduced in the paper. In physical modeling method, firstly, the models were developed basing on phase transformation theories, then the transformations were simulated, the method has solid theoretical basis. The CCT diagrams were deduced from the transformation-temperature-time (TTT) diagrams in the Scheil method. The statistical methods include empirical models and artificial neural network models. The physical meanings were not considered in the statistical method, the CCT diagrams were predicted basing on experimental data. Every predicting method has both merits and shortcomings, researchers had better use more than one method to predict the CCT diagrams.
