| 摘 要： | 利用组织培养技术对桔梗不同外植体－根，茎叶进行了愈伤组织诱导植株再生过程研究，成功地诱导桔梗产生愈伤组织并获得了分化苗。外植体根，茎，叶愈伤组织诱导的频率不同。筛选出最佳的愈伤组织诱地的培养基及苗分化培养基。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the callus induce and plant regeneration of Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC. by applying technique of tissue culture.The callus was induced successfully and the seedings were obtained.The frequency of callus induce was different on root,stem and leaves.The suitable media were seclected for callus induce and differentiation of seeding. (1) The medium of callus induce is MS+6-BA1mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L pH5.6; (2) the medium of differentiation of seeding is MS+2.4-D0.2mg/L+6-BA1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L pH5.6. |
