引信目标基安全系统的研究

摘    要:在对现行引信安全系统设计思想分析的基础上,按照现代武器弹药发展的需要,提出并定义了引信目标基安全系统(FTBSS)概念,其基本设计思想是:确保弹药在勤务处理、发射周期和安全距离内安全的前提下,能够根据目标(或目标区)信号的存在及其特征,启动或最终完成解除保险过程,并在引爆爆炸序列前尽可能短的时间内转变为待发状态。着重研究了启动FTBSS解除保险过程的充分必要条件,讨论了实现FTBSS的最优控制、目标信息获取和对弹道安全性贡献等问题.研究结果表明,FTBSS是一种覆盖了现行安全系统功能的更先进的引信安全系统概念。

Abstract:On the basis of analyses on current design ideas for fuze safety systems and the requirements of the development of modern weapons and ammunitions, the paper presents and defines a concept of Fuze Target -Based Safety System (FTBSS). Upon meeting the prerequisites of ensuring ammunition safety in handling, launching and safety distance, an FTBSS is designed to start and/or complete its arming process according to the appearance and characteristics of the target (or target area) signal and turn itself into the armed state as quickly as possible, before initiating the explosive train .The paper discusses in some detail the necessary and sufficient conditions for the initiation of the arming process of an FTBSS, its optimal control, acquisition of target information and its contributions to ballistic safety. The result shows that FTBSS is a more advanced concept of fuze safety system, covering the functions of current fuze safety system.
