V型带传动设计与使用中的节能分析

摘    要:节约能源已逐渐成为现代社会的一项重要任务,有效地利用能源,尽可能地降低能耗,是现代科技人员在进行工程设计是需要考虑的问题之一,V型带传动是一和肌工业机械中常见的动力传动形式,且始终占据着带传动的主导地位,然而,其在传动中能源损耗高达5%-15%,这一数字对一根V型带来说是微不足道的,对一个地区,一个国家来说则是非常巨大的,影响V型带传动能源消耗的主要因素是传动效率,通过对V型带传动的传动效率的分析,从节能的角度探讨了V型带传动的设计与使用,并有针对性地提出也改善V型带传动效率的若干措施,实践证明,这些措施是有效的。

Abstract:Saving energy resources has become an essential task for modern society.To effectively utilize energy resources and reduce the cost of it is what the technicians should consider in engineering design.As a common form of dynamical drive,the V belt drive is still in a dominant position today.However,its energy wastage in drive process can be 5% to 15%,which appears to be negligible for one V belt drive but can be tremendous for a region or a country.The major affecting factor is the driving efficiency.The design and practice of the V belts drives from the viewpoint of energy saving are probed through analysis of efficiency,and some measures for improving efficiency of the V belts are also proposed.They are proved effective in practice.
