基于Pro／Engineer Wildfire的机械设计标准件库创建的研究

介绍了基于Pro/Engineer特征造型的三维参数化标准件库的建立技术和使用方法。利用特征模型、参数化设计和程序控制的方法建立标准件的通用零件,再通过设置参数关系式及族表集合共同可变尺寸,建立通用零件与一般零件的关系,从而生成标准零件的库文件。新建零件时不再需要逐个创建,而直接从标准件库中调用,故能够大幅提高设计效率,减少设计工作量,进而缩短产品的开发周期。

Research on Establishing Standard Mechanical Components Database in Pro/Engineer Wildfire

The establishment techniques and operational methods are introduced for the 3D parameter standard component storehouse are introduced here,which are according to the characteristic shape of the Pro/Engineer.Utilize characteristic modeling,parameter to design and the procedure control to establish a generic model in common use,through setting up the relation type of the parameters and the variable sizes of clan form with common set,a relationship of generic parts and normal ones are established.Based on all these above,the database document of standard spare parts are built up.The models no longer need to be established one by one,but be transferred directly from the standard pieces in the database.In this way,the efficiency of design can be raised significantly,meanwhile the workload of design can be decreased,so that the development period of the products will be shortened definitely.
