摘    要:
本文用克达尔定氮法对桐粕蛋白质在不同PH值的溶液中溶解量的测定,绘出了桐粕蛋白质在不同pH值条件下的溶解曲线,从而确定了桐粕蛋白质的等电点范围为pH=4.8-7.0

Abstract:
The kadal nitrogen fixation mdthod has been used in this paper to determine the solubility of protein of defatted tung oils waste matter in solutions of different PH value, a curve of this experiment has been drawn, thus we obtain that the equal electricity points of defatted tung oils waste matter are confined at pH=4. 8- 7.0.
