| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠的消极影响已引起各领域的广泛重视。高校辅导员是职业倦怠的高发人群，而且因其职业特殊性使消极影响更为突出。从高校辅导员职业倦怠产生的原因及表现对此群体的职业倦怠进行分析和测量，进而提出对高校辅导员职业倦怠的干预策略。 |
