| Abstract: | In this paper,it is reviewed that the process of development of infrared spectrometry,and it is illustrated that the analysis characteristic of middle infrared spectrometer and the labor principle of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The handle method of FT-IR is introduced too.Finally,the direction of FT-IR instrument development is viewed. |
