摘    要:现代社会发展需要高素质人才。工科数学在素质教育方面大有可为,尤其对是现代社会所急需的快速知识更新、创新等意识与能力的培养。但是传统的工科数学教育观念和教学评估体系阻碍工科数学行使素质教育职能,因此必须对其进行脱胎换骨的变革。

Abstract:In modern society,the persons with high diathesis are needed for development.the mathematics for technology is able to develop its skill to full on diathesis education especially in training to have the consciousness and ability of quick renewing knowledge and bringing forth new ideas etc which is need by modern society urgently.But it is obstruct by its traditional conception and estimate system that the mathematics for technology performs its diathesis education function,therefor the traditional conception and estimate system must be changed thoroughly.
